We came to Fargo, North Dakota, in the Summer of 2018 to rebuild from the economic and medical hardships we faced in Northern Texas. It was tough to leave everything we knew behind, but we leaped in faith. Our first winter in ND was rough, but the generous and kind Fargo-Moorhead people empowered and supported us with resources to survive and thrive.
Because of the kindness given to our family, we committed ourselves to pay it forward as often as possible to show our gratitude. When the pandemic hit in 2020, our family jumped into action for the community with mask fundraisers, delivering food boxes, hosting relief shopping events, and delivering life packages to the homeless and others in need in Fargo-Moorhead.
Due to the pandemic, the people's needs continued to grow while community resources dwindled. We soon realized we needed to increase our capacity to help those in need, which led to the Life Care Unites Foundation's formation. Today, there remains a lack of resources in the Fargo-Moorhead community, which we strive daily to serve.
The staff at Life Care Unites includes individuals and families from the Fargo-Moorhead Communities.
Life Care Unites Foundation has both youth and adult volunteers to meet the needs of the entire family and bring a mixture of experiences that synergizes how we deliver our mission.
To fully meet the needs of the communities and govern Life Care Unites Foundation effectively, our leadership is comprised of caring professionals from backgrounds that include Business Development, Civil Engineering, Community Activism, Education, FEMA, and the Medical Care industry.
